Tanglewood is a dynamic and diverse community located in the eastern portion of Montgomery County, in Silver Spring, Maryland (near the intersection of Route 29 and Fairland Road). The Tanglewood community is comprised of 826 single family, townhouses, and condominium homes built in the mid 80s. The community features, a swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court, skateboard court, parks, and green space. The Tanglewood Homeowner's Recreation Association is responsible for the care, maintenance, and management of the recreational facilities, the common areas, and green spaces. The Tanglewood community is comprised of smaller communities within the Tangelwood community.
