Welcome to Cross Creek Club neighborhood
Cross Creek is an exclusive golf course community located in both Silver Spring and Beltsville. Designed with the golf course in the middle with homes interlaced throughout. Most homes abutt the golf course in some fashion. There are also two parks at either end, Briggs Chaney Road Park and Old Gunpowder Road Park.
Construction of homes in Cross Creek Club is now complete. This area was once a gravel pit. Cross Creek Club also has an active homeowner's association. Departments include Architectural Review Committee and Recreation Committee.
